Think Different, Learn Different
Welcome! You have arrived at a space where understanding ADHD becomes clearer, more meaningful and connected to everyday life. Here we celebrate different ways of thinking, share simple strategies teachers can use right away, and highlight real perspectives so everyone can recognise both strengths and challenges. You will also find an interactive quiz to help deepen your understanding as you explore. Whether you are a teacher looking for practical tools or a student curious about the unique ways brains can work, this site makes inclusion easy, compassionate, and genuinely engaging.
Let’s discover together!

Understanding ADHD
According to the American Psychiatric Association and the National Institute of Mental Health, ADHD or attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder is a way some people’s brains work that affects how they focus, manage impulses and organise their daily lives. It can bring challenges such as inattention, restlessness or impulsivity, but many people with ADHD also show strengths like creativity, problem‑solving and intense focus on interests. Understanding ADHD helps students, teachers and families create classroom environments where these differences are recognised, supported and valued, rather than judged or hidden.
Our story
We believe every mind deserves understanding.
We are a team of KU Leuven students who created this website as part of our university project to spark meaningful conversations about ADHD in safe and supportive learning environments. Coming from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds, we are united by the belief that authentic inclusion begins with understanding. Our goal is to help teachers and students recognise, value, and support the many ways students’ minds can work, contributing to a more informed, empathetic, and genuinely inclusive learning environment.
